Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform data entry and update databases as required.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Support administrative functions, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be a graduate in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and data management tools.
