Job Overview 

SGM-Tarsali is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable 4-Wheeler Automobile Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Chhani. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through their vehicle service needs. Experience in commercial 4 wheeler is preferred

Job Time : 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM 

Location : Chhani

Qualification : Diploma in Automobile

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist customers in understanding their vehicle service requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and service practices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on services performed and addressing any follow-up needs.
• Handle transactions and maintain records of services provided and customer interactions.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with team members to enhance service operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures.
• Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized automotive training program.
• Experience with 4-wheeler vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
