Accounts Executive

Swastik Goldcorp PVT LTD is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our dynamic accounting team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing organization, where you will play a vital role in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.
• Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
