Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and oversee daily back office operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Process and maintain documentation related to operational activities.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
• Assist in data entry, record management, and inventory tracking.
• Prepare and generate reports to support management decision-making.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support as required.
• Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance productivity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
