Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines according to specifications and engineering drawings.

• Make adjustments to tooling and machine parameters to maintain product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues and implement effective solutions.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• 1 to 4 years of experience as a CNC operator, specifically with turning machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in CNC machining or related fields.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
