Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our team at Deepali Engineering. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient dispatch of products, ensuring that all operations run smoothly within our production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering processes, possess excellent organizational skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate and manage the dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure alignment between production schedules and dispatch requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners regarding dispatch schedules and requirements.
• Monitor and report on the performance of dispatch operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during dispatch activities.
• Assist in resolving any dispatch-related issues that may arise in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• HSC or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in dispatch or production operations, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and dispatch software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in using ERP systems for managing dispatch operations.
