Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ready to achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales Target.
- Identify potential clients in industries such as Textile, Technical Textile, POY & FDY Yarn manufacturing, Food Industries, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and more.
- Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends and client requirements and provide suitable solutions from the company's product portfolio.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Prepare Quote, Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the Google Sheet/LMS system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with the technical support team to resolve product-related issues
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field..
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or quality testing equipment industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Words, Excel, Google Sheet etc.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry.
Experience: 2-5 Year At least
Salary: From 15,000.00 to 35000.00 per month.
