Job Overview

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 to 10 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
