Job Overview

The Kitchen Helper and Room Boy will assist in various tasks in both the kitchen and guest rooms to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment, contributing to both food preparation and room maintenance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks.
• Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Help in organizing and stocking kitchen supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining hotel standards.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification: SSC (Secondary School Certificate).
• 1 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Certifications in food handling or hospitality management.
