Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost sales of pigment powder products.
• Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including paints, coatings, and plastics.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report on sales performance.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the pigments or chemical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
