Salary: As per experience
Experience: 8–12 years
Industry Preference: Gold Jewellery Or Bangles Manufacturing (mandetory)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production from order receipt to final dispatch
Execute daily production plans as per ERP and monitor live WIP
Control delays, rework, quality issues, and production losses
Ensure loss and wastage remain within standard tolerance limits
Plan manpower, karigar allocation, and machine utilization
Drive productivity improvement and process optimization initiatives
Enforce SOP compliance, safety standards, and hygiene discipline
Lead, train, and develop karigars and production staff
Coordinate with Sales, Design, CAD, Accounts, QC, PPC, and Dispatch
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports
Support exhibition preparation and peak-season scaling
Identify cost-reduction and capacity-expansion opportunities
