Purchase and Store Assistence

Responsibility : - Understanding manufacturing processes and materials used in manufacturing. - Researching and evaluating vendors to compare pricing and services Selecting and negotiating contracts with vendors for prices, and timelines - Manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely fulfilment  orders - Maintain the supplier database, Creating New Vendors, purchase record and related documentation - Evaluate vendors based on product quality, timeliness, and price. Handle PR/PO processes, documentation, and stronger follow-up with suppliers/vendors. - Ensure the quality of procured items and address problems promptly Additionally, on-site assessments at vendor locations may be conducted.

Qualification : Bachelor degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electric, DME, DEE Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience : 1-4 Year At least Skills : Good communication and negotiation skills, Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, market research for obtaining the best prices. Salary :  20,000.00 to 28000.00 per month
