Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support accordingly.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and new products.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Resolve any issues related to procurement, including discrepancies in orders and supplier performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
