Job Overview

Deepali Engineering is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Control professional to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document and report quality issues and assist in developing corrective actions to resolve them.
• Collaborate with production staff to implement quality control procedures and improve overall product quality.
• Conduct regular audits of processes and systems to ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols.
• Participate in training programs to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• 1 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in an engineering or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.
