Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of two-wheelers to customers. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and guide them towards making informed purchasing decisions. You will be the face of Prakash Motors, representing our brand and values in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and financing options of our two-wheeler products.
• Conduct test rides and assist customers in evaluating their choices.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Keep abreast of product developments and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to boost showroom visibility.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any field.
• 1 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a two-wheeler or automotive showroom is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
