Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand our customer base.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the jewellery industry.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, from inquiry to purchase.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and industry developments.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 15 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the jewellery industry or luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge of gemstones, jewellery design, and current trends.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
