Seller Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify and onboard manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, and distributors
Explain marketplace benefits,
Assist sellers in profile setup, product listing, and verification
Ensure sellers are activated
Buyer Acquisition & Engagement
Acquire and manage B2B buyers (domestic & international)
Understand buyer sourcing needs and connect them with suitable seller
Account Management
Manage assigned seller/buyer accounts
Maintain long-term relationships and reduce churn
Market & Product Knowledge
Understand import/export basics (Incoterms, MOQ, RFQs) if applicable
Experience
3-5 years in B2B sales in Industrial sector, Marketplaces or Saas platform-based selling (Industrial background is a plus)
Graduated from a top university
Skills
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Understanding of online marketplaces & digital selling
Relationship-building & consultative selling mindset
