As a Delivery Boy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Safely and efficiently deliver pharmaceutical products to designated locations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and managing delivery receipts.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team and customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Assist in loading and unloading products as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Report any incidents or issues encountered during deliveries to the supervisor promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education qualification of HSC (High School Certificate).
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in a delivery or logistics role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics software.
